Update - October 2009

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to update everyone and say I'm doing really good. My pain is minimal and I'm out and about quite a bit. I'm just hanging around my empty nest these days.

Gaby sent me a bunch of pictures of her and her friends in San Francisco. There wasn't a book in sight...hmmmm. I try not to think about it. She's having a great time and making friends and learning, so I'm really happy.

Can't wait for fall to really kick in but I'm not looking forward to the cold winter...my Raynaud's has not resolved itself and it's back with a vengeance. All in all, though, I'm well.
