Today's the day!

Hi Folks,

I'm doing well these days and I'm staying busy. Today I am taking my daughter to San Francisco State University to move her into the dorms. It's a bittersweet day for me. While I knew this day would come...I didn't really believe this day would come. But I prepared myself for this day nonetheless, so I'm heading up to Oregon tomorrow to visit family...that way I won't be in the big empty house right after Gaby leaves. And let me tell you, the house seems so much bigger and emptier when she's gone. When I was really ill, I made a goal out of getting Gaby graduated and ready for college. Now I've got to update my goal, I guess, so let's get her graduated from college now and into the world.

I'm going to miss her terrbly.
